Much better than the first two of Season Three.
Pluses: The Brick Dance; the Uncle headed to the Army (the dialog in the recruiter's office was priceless); the scene in the motel when Child Services paid a visit; Kevin Nealon's dreams of buying a boat were dashed.
Minuses: The Hodes daughter is getting a tad annoying; the court scene when the older son is being sentenced did hang together.
Overall rating: C. I am not ready to take "Weeds" off of auto-record.
