JTN Productions, a content creation source for more than 25 years, has created a new broadband channel, the Jewish Television Network, filled with content aimed at Jewish audiences (as well as those interested in Judaism and its culture). This is professionally produced content that has appeared on TV and other channels and includes (among other topics) quite a bit on Jewish cuisine. I recall seeing on PBS chef Jeff Nathan in various cooking shows. In this clip, he prepares Sephardic brisket.
My request would be to have religious services online for those who cannot attend on a regular basis.
