What’s next on TV? How about PersonalTrainerTV.com, a network for fitness instructors run by fitness instructors run by Dr. John Spencer Ellis. The channels include ones that focus on the business aspects of being a fitness instructor, one on industry news and gossip (not sure what what’s about), and one on training and conditioning. The quality is quite good but if you’re someone out of shape and looking for an exercise video, this is not the place to go.
I have a personal trainer, and he’s a busy guy. Not sure when he’ll have time to watch this as every second he’s not with a client is one when he’s not ringing the cash register. It’s a very tough and competitive business, especially where we live when fitness centers spring up on every street corner and pro athletes come in the off season to stay in shape.
