“Break A Leg” is a new Web-based sitcom that is a good send-up of Hollywood and the digital generation with a bit of homage to the classic sitcom form. The brains behind the operation is Yuri Baranovsky, the writer/director star of the show. He plays David Penn, a screenwriter who has just sold a sitcom, “Groommates” to a major network. The plot kicker is that we know David is going to die at the end of the season.
There’s a lot to like about this: the production is solid, the acting is professional and the writing is better than most “regular” TV fare. My goal is to get this on my Apple TV to see what it looks like on the big screen. Seems like that’s where it belongs.

Thanks for the blog!
One quick thing -- there are really two brains behind the show. My brother Vlad is the co-creator/co-writer and is a big part of the show. To be perfectly honest, the five-man crew that works on this are all a huge, huge part of why it's any good at all.
Thanks for the mention and glad you liked our little show!
