iFood.tv

I have to come up with a name for new video sites that play follow the leader. Maybe we can call iFood.tv YAFC (yet another food channel) which isn’t a put down, but without something original, or some brand behind it, these aggregation video sites that search and present videos on a given topic are rather me-too. Why would I post my food video here rather than on Youtube or Veoh and get moe traffic?

I made chili today, so here’s a chili recipe from iFood.tv

Why would you NOT post on a site like ifood.tv & roxube and post on You Tube. You talk abt brand and then make this stmt!!! You will post your video with one billion more video's on you tube which caters to all kinds of audience, sure it will be watched many times (maybe!), and then get lost in the crowd. Thats the whole rationale behind these targeted social networking sites to stand apart and give you an individuality & branding.

Hi there,

Just came across this post. Would like to clarify that http://www.rouxbe.com is not a social networking site at all. We are an instructional cooking destination for those that seriously want to learn how to cook.

Just wanted to ensure that there was no confusion.

Great site.
Cheers
